Will is very enthusiastic about his work. He always returns my calls promptly and courteously. We had a complicated listing and sale and Will was always researching and involved in how to get the property sold and sale completed which took a lot of time and effort on his part. He earned his money. He hung in there for the toughest negotiations and always had a good solution to any problems that arose. I would highly recommend him as a realtor. He did a great job of presenting the listing with a professional photographer and drone Video.

Will and Laura were amazing during a very trying, to say the least, real estate transaction. I threw them a major curve ball and they caught it and we were able to get the Musket Avenue home closed. I'm sure a less experienced agents would not have been able to understand the intricacy and pull all the right strings to get a successful closing for all parties. I have been involved with the real estate industry all my working life and I rate Will and Laura among the best agents I've had the pleasure of working with throughout the years.

This will make the sixth property we have either bought or sold using Will and Laura. Always very professional and efficient. This last house sold was a rental for many years and needed to be remodeled before we could sell it they handled every aspect of the complete remodel including scheduling appointments for work to be done.

We called him and he met us at the property and listed it almost immediately. We got an offer in a few days for even more than the listing! We actually got a couple more offers to consider after that so he definitely knew the market and set the price perfectly since we were hoping for a quick sale. They Leave All Other Realtors In Their Rear View Mirror When you are happy with someone and you give them 5 stars - but you want people to realize what those 5 stars stand for- then you have to explain. Will and Laura started working with us in 2019 - they helped us get our 23.5 acres divided into 4 parcels, and then worked their bottoms off to sell for us. They have shoveled snow when I couldn't - they have moved furniture around and taken photos, they have given their helpful opinions and are always there if we have a question or concern. I've worked with other realtors in the past. That's why I can say these guys go above and beyond. They leave all other realtors in this area in their rear view mirror. They are professional, hard-working, and when needed they will hold your hand. I will tell everyone to use these guys - I'll tell everyone how great they are. Honestly 5 stars isn't enough - they deserve more. And now we still have 3 parcels to sell. Amended - shortly after I did this review the other 3 parcels sold.

Will and Laura were exceptional agents for us in the purchase of a lot in Bayview. They were highly responsive, well-informed about the lot and the surrounding area, and hugely helpful in addressing questions and concerns throughout the process. Will went above and beyond throughout, including multiple trips to the lot for meetings regarding utility issues, etc. Ours was not a big transaction, but Will and Laura gave it attention and time as if it was.
