Matthew sold my house in Thomasville,NC. He was very professional and explained to me what I needed to do to make my house more appealing for all those looking at my house as their future home. He was also looking for things the a home inspector may flag. I did all of his suggestions. When the house went on the market, I had an offer that I could accept within an hour. Matthew is very knowledgeable in his field. If you do his suggestions, it will make your house more appealing to buyers and help it to sell. He is a go getter!
