We were not planning on buying a new home, but on a whim, my husband and I decided to buy a new home that we just happened to come across online. I contacted Zillow to take a tour, fell in love with it, got pre approved and made an offer. We had to sell our home within 2 weeks and Roberta came in and told us exactly what to do to get it ready.
