•Terri was a gem to work with. She quickly honed on our unique needs and was diligent in identifying properties. She also exhibited great patience as we evolved our thinking. Throughout the process she was on top of everything. We were always aware of what was going on. While we were up north this summer she identified a house that was the closest we had seen to meeting our needs. And before she called us she had a handyman visit the property and assess what could be done to make the fit better. The answer was a lot with very reasonable investment. Then she sent pictures and videos and provided advice to help us reach a decision and make an offer without having to visit. She then shepherded us through the mortgage, insurance and closing processes. We are not enjoying a home that is beautiful and accessible. Thanks Terri. You were terrific.
