•I have bought and sold my last 5 properties with Brian over the last 13 years and have always found his insight into the current and long term market right on. I felt I have always gotten the properties at a competitive price and have always sold at considerable profit. Especially on this last house, we disagreed on where the market was at and what my offer should be and where I was willing to overpay for the property and he was proven right as the market flattened out and interest rates went up, if we had stuck with my gut, I would have over paid considerably. I am also not the easiest person to work with and will pivot frequently in what type of properties I am looking at in mid search. Brian has always just nodded his head and said, "ok, let's do it" and begin the search anew. For patience, market knowledge and insight, not sure you will find a better broker. I know for the next 10-20yrs, I'm not even going to go looking for one.
