"Sarah had such a great vibe from the first time I talked to her on the phone

Sarah had such a great vibe from the first time I talked to her on the phone. My husband and I knew we wanted to move FAST in our home purchase and sale and Sarah matched our energy perfectly. It was important to us that we could communicate easily and quickly with our realtor and she offered us her time, attention, and candor in a way that really clicked with us. Sarah was the consummate professional while also being funny, compassionate, and relatable. We bought in March and sold in May of 2021 when the market was absolutely BANANAS. Having Sarah in our corner to get us into houses quickly, negotiate, write contracts, act as a resource for different professionals, and quickly educate us on complicated things (appraisal gaps, anyone?) helped us land a contract on our perfect house AND sell our first house for way more than we were expecting. There was literally no part of Sarah’s performance that left me wanting more. We still cannot believe the amount of money we got from the sale of our house thanks to Sarah’s guidance, professional contacts, marketing, and negotiation skills. We would work with her again in a heartbeat!
