We were challenging out of state buyers trying, from a distance, to compete in a crazy sellers market where homes were literally going under contract within hours of being listed. Nonetheless, Jodi more than rose to the challenge of helping us in our efforts even before meeting us in person. During a trip to the area, Jodi set aside the better part of a week to house hunt with us and, when we were unsuccessful in finding the right home on that trip, continued to search on our behalf after we had returned home. She willingly viewed each and every home that appealed to us online and sent us photos and videos for our consideration in addition to sharing any new listings she thought might have appeal to us. We recently found a beautiful home which she managed to negotiate for us despite another offer on the property! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Jodi who, from the time we connected with each other, always went the extra mile in every way imaginable on our behalf. Jodi is extremely personable, has wonderful listening skills, is easy to work with, has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate and the area and we now consider her a friend.
