•We moved from Georgia and had 6 weeks to visit Dover and find a home. Todd's professionalism and honesty goes without saying. He not only found us the perfect home, but had our inspections set up so we could walk the house with the Termite and Home Inspectors before we left Delaware. He had our survey and closing set and did all this within the time frame we had before we went back to GA. We knew nothing about Delaware so he took us on a tour through Dover and the neighborhood we now live in. Todd was in contact with us through this whole process, including when we were in GA, for our closing. We feel like he went above and beyond for us and definitely would recommend him to friends, family and anyone we speak with. Great job Todd!
