Anticipated our Needs

Marilyn helped us immensely when our aging mother needed to sell her home. She anticipated our needs and was able to both prepare her home for sale and find a buyer (expeditiously). As with most home sales, you always encounter a snag at some point in the process. Marilyn was great at keeping us aware of any potential issues and helping us to find a work around.
