•I had the pleasure of working with Jason for my most recent home purchase. I had owned a home over ten years ago, and even in the past couple of years the market and business has really changed. Jason's knowledge of the home market, neighborhoods, and plethora of tips and recommendations made the process much smoother. He is honest, direct, forthright, and realistic. After showings, he would give his honest opinion on the property and what my needs and wants were in comparison. Speaking of showings, Jason was very proactive in scoping out prospective homes that he felt were suitable for me. Although a lot of the homes we saw (or tried to see) went under contract sometimes within hours, he remained vigilant and optimistic, which landed me into a home that we both agreed was "the one" for me. Additionally, the people Jason and his team work with (financing, inspectors, all that home-buying stuff) all provided top-notch service and were responsive, thorough, and respectful. As frustrating as this hot sellers' market has been, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what Jason provided from the first showing to signing the last paper at closing.
