My Sale experience as well as my Closing experience was made bearable by the confidence and knowledge displayed by our broker, Emily. We had no less than three Closing dates due to the failure of the purchaser to provide appropriate documentation to his mortgage broker. Throughout Emily kept in constant communication with us updated us on the mortgage process and steps being taken by the purchaser to resolve his documentation issues. Had it not been for Emily’s knowledge of the real estate market, Closings and mortgage processes the sale of my home would not have occurred. Beyond her technical knowledge her manner and compassion is at the very least exceptional.

I've personally known Emily for almost 2 decades so when my husband and I were final able to buy I knew exactly who I wanted to work with on this journey. For starters communication with Emily was EXCELLENT. She always answered all my calls and text's promptly. This market is beyond crazy and as first time home buyers we didnt even know where to start. Emily never let us get discouraged and always helped us keep a positive mindset. After months of being outbid or a day late to a new listing that already had an accepted offer, we finally found something that would work for our young family of 4. Emily knew we needed to be aggressive on our offer and negotiated a deal that worked out better than we anticipated without going over our budget. Considering the current climate of this market that alone speaks volumes about Emily's dedication as your real estate professional.
