We recently had the pleasure of working with Emily Zambetti from Weichert for the sale of our home. We were extremely pleased with her professionalism and service. She went above and beyond our expectations. Emily was incredibly knowledgeable. She knew when to list and the price we should be asking. Her recommendations were on point from the house sale, lawyer, and helping us find a place to live after the sale. Our house sold above asking price thanks to Emily. She is the real estate agent to use whether you are buying or selling a home.

Emily provided superb service and advice throughout our home-buying process. We could not have found a better agent, and the entire process was made considerably easier based on Emily's expertise and commitment to finding us the right house. Being new to New York, we relied on her exceptional market knowledge completely; much to our benefit. This was particularly helpful because our criteria for the home we were looking for made it fairly difficult to find the right fit - and she found multiple "right fits." Emily was a highly responsive and effective communicator, making herself constantly available for our questions and responding within minutes most times to our calls. A consummate professional in all matters regarding our purchase, Emily demonstrated exceptional dedication in helping us find the perfect fit for us, showing patience and empathy as we worked through difficult decisions and changes of mind, and guiding us through the challenging New York home buying process. As I write this review, I am sitting in my beautiful new home, gazing out my picture window at a million dollar view and I could not be more grateful for Emily's outstanding talent and tireless efforts to get us here. She is the reason we found and successfully purchased the right place. I offer my strongest, most sincere endorsement of Emily Zambetti to prospective clients! Hire this fantastic agent today!

Emily was very good about sending the current homes. She always made herself available to see homes when asked. I had several questions and some repeat questions and she was very attentive to answer all my questions! I was very comfortable opening up to her especially if I felt uneasy or excited about a home. She was very good sharing a list of contacts for finance and lawyers. She asked around for movers and provided a list. She was very helpful every step of the way. I strongly recommend Emily as an agent.

With the help of my realtor, Becky Aronsen, I was able to sell my home in a relatively short amount of time. In addition to her knowledge of the current trends and conditions of the housing market, Becky was patient and professional not only with me but with all of the potential buyers (and their representatives) interested in my home. I don’t think I would have been able to sell my home as quickly as I did. Thank you Becky.

Becky was an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. She is extremely knowledgable, attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process to find the perfect home for me. As a first time home buyer, she walked me through the process every step of the way to make it that much easier and pleasant. The next time I am in the market for a home, I will not be going anywhere else, Becky is the best!

Emily was patient and listened to our needs as a seller. We felt very confident that she would get us the best offer in a short amount of time. We were glad that we had her in our negotiating corner. When the time comes again for a real estate agent, we wouldn't call anyone else.

My Sale experience as well as my Closing experience was made bearable by the confidence and knowledge displayed by our broker, Emily. We had no less than three Closing dates due to the failure of the purchaser to provide appropriate documentation to his mortgage broker. Throughout Emily kept in constant communication with us updated us on the mortgage process and steps being taken by the purchaser to resolve his documentation issues. Had it not been for Emily’s knowledge of the real estate market, Closings and mortgage processes the sale of my home would not have occurred. Beyond her technical knowledge her manner and compassion is at the very least exceptional.
