Linda is highly knowledgable in the housing market (especially when dealing with mobile homes). I have worked with Linda on a few rentals purchased and sold and I continue to go back to her because I trust her and know that she'll do a fantastic job. She always stays in constant communication with me and gives me input on the current market whether I'm buying or selling. She understands everything needed from appraisals, loans, inspections, title insurance, homeowners insurance, deeds, probate, closing costs, necessary forms/documents... If you are looking for a hard working knowledgeable agent, Linda is your gal.

What a great experience working with her as a buyer. Patient in the search process, great at suggesting areas, and acted with urgency to show every potential home. Took the time to show us all angles of home, property, neighborhood and was a walking encyclopedia of any services needed. Always there when needed and went out of her way to be helpful.
