I enjoyed working with Linda and her pleasant personality and knowledge of the home market, and got the answers to all my questions. She was always available to help me and advise me on the right direction to go. I am impressed with the knowledge she has of the real estate business and all the contacts she has to get some of the things done on the home to bring them up to code before the county asks for it. She is ahead of a lot of people and I will recommend her to everyone I know to sell their home. My son and daughter-in-law were very impressed with her in many ways. Nothing was too much trouble for her to do for me at the house to make sure it was secure at all times. I could talk to her about things and she would give me information that I needed to make the right decision on the sale. She is the best agent around and so glad she was able to sell my home in a timely manner and for a good price. She is a true friend also.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the professional courtesy I received when working with Laurie Sirrell in the sale of my home at 1801 MONTAGUE DRIVE, St. Cloud, FL. 34769. I had lived there since the home was built, and really had a difficult time relocating as I was very happy and comfortable in my home in St Cloud. Laurie was sympathetic to this, and was able to sell my home quickly. I would and do recommend her as an excellent agent to anyone looking in that area as I am currently living in Pennsylvania. Any of my former clients I worked with before I left Florida have given me positive feedback from their experience with Laurie. She is definately an asset to Weichert Realtors Hallmark Properties!!
