•Christine showed me comparable sales. My property was very unique , a home destroyed by Sandy, but with a splendid water view. She informed me of the properties strong points and weakness. She explained the relationship of the property with sold properties. She is very friendly and outgoing but never becomes difficult. I had researched the value myself and felt she gave a realistic asking price. After the sale she continued to offer advice and help. A previous property bought with another realtor was totally unsatisfactory. I would definitely use her again and would highly recommend her.
