Looking for a realtor, look no further
Rachel is the ideal realtor. She is knowledgeable, caring and treats her clients like family. Selling the home of your deceased parents is never easy but she made it as painless as possible. Thanks again Rachel, you are awesome. If anyone needs a realtor, she is the person. I would recommend her over and above anyone.

Excellent
Pat was as good as it gets! I buy & sell a lot of real estate, she went the extra mile helping getting it ready to sell as we are out of state sellers. I feel like she helped us get top dollar & even went as far to take back our cable boxes to the cable company. I highly recommend Pat Doud for your buying & selling needs. Bill & Kimi Stover

The sale of my mom’s home
Stephanie was amazing to help us sell our mom‘s home after she passed away. There were three of us girls two in another state in my self here in Florida and Stephanie would always communicate with all three of us and set up phone calls and always was very knowledgeable and keeping us up to speed on what was best and fair prices of leads that were come in for my mom‘s house to sell in a timely matter. She was always very encouraging. Between three of us we always had a lot of questions and she was always quick to return her phone calls or usually to answer when we called for information.

Excellent and stress free
I was lucky enough to call Stephanie's cell phone because she was very nice and knowable from the start. She immediately found the details of the property and got to work on making my dream come true. This property was a bit challenging but Stephanie made everything smooth and stress free for me and again, SUPER nice at all times. Thank you Stephanie!

Annie Wood was excellent as my realtor
She went above and beyond her job title. she done things as a realtor that I was really impressed with. She really cares about who she's working for and after having a couple of bad people that I dealt with in the past. A real Class Act and I can't say enough good about Annie wood five stars across the board

Annie is the ultimate professional. After searching for waterfront property for approximately 2 years, Annie consistently treated us like we were her only clients & first priority. She was available to us around the clock & ready to show us another property at a moment's notice. She provided us with all of the answers we needed and through her resources, made it the easiest closing we have ever been through. We love our house on Lake Hatchineha and we love Annie. Not only is she a top notch realtor, we now consider her our friend!
