Annie helped us sell our house and purchase a new one. She is awesome. We live in another state and have a second home on lake Hatchineha. We listed our house with Annie and it was sold in days. She arranged for some maintenance to be done on the house that we were selling and met with the contractors doing the work and then went back later to make sure they did a good job. And she took pictures of everything so that we could see what was done and how it looked! Then when she heard we were interested in purchasing another property in the same area she went to the property we were interested in and took videos for us as she walked through it so that we could see it without having to make another trip down there just to look at it. It was very helpful and she helped us purchase that home. Not only did she do all of that but when it was time for us to move our stuff out of our house, she came with her truck and trailer and helped us move stuff over to our new house. She is a wonderful person, very kind and thoughtful and absolutely goes above and beyond any realtor we have ever had. We highly recommend her! The process was quick and easy with Annie helping us. She is extremely knowledgeable and does what needs to be done to get things done no matter what it is. List your house with Annie or contact her if you are in the market for a new one…I promise you will not regret it! I should also note that we had never met Annie prior to listing our house with her. She was recommended to us by a friend in our little Hatchineha community…but now she feels like a friend. You will love her!
