•Mitch sold my mother's house for us in what turned out to be a very long, frustrating ordeal. Due to a very complicated legal agreement about the ownership, requirement to maintain, and ability to build upon certain lots; two legal suits were filed against my mother which required over a year to clear through the courts. After settling the first suit, Mitch obtained a buyer for my mother's house and we were all set to close until an identical, totally frivolous suit prevented transfer of title and caused the loss of this sale. Mitch stayed with us while the second suit was settled and had several clients lined up allowing us to sell the house immediately after the case was settled in my mother's favor. Mitch is very easy to talk to; always available to contact by text, email, or phone; and did an excellent job of getting a fair price for the house. I highly recommend him and plan to use him if I sell my house.
