•Andrea displayed a very good in depth knowledge of the local market from the word go and her advise and suggestions were always with my personal interests as paramount. The sale was beset with obstacles (not least Hurricane Irma) hit Davenport only 8 days before the original closing date. Andrea went way above the call of duty - not just in relation to Irma but also various other issues which occurred in the weeks leading to the sale. This was particularly vital to me as I live 3000 miles away. I cannot recommend Andrea highly enough. Her absolute professionalism and calm and pleasant disposition made for a relatively stress free and pleasant experience.
