•We started by working with Rita when she was helping us find a home to purchase in St. Mary’s, GA. A friend had referred her to us. She was generous with her availability and if we had decided to move to St. Mary’s we would have purchased a home there with her assistance. We decided to move to Florida but we liked her so much, we had her list our home in St. Simons after we found our Florida home. Rita had fantastic photos done, wrote excellent copy for the online listing, conducted realtor and buyer open houses and promoted our home on social media. She assisted in the negotiations with our homes’ buyer and was able to assist with coordination of home inspections when we were traveling. I highly recommend Rita Hall as a buyer or sellers agent. She is high energy and personable. Her team is professional and thorough. Rita attended closing with us and was a wealth of information throughout the process.
