Excellent service
Working with Lola Riddle was great. We were selling remotely and she kept us updated and informed. The communication about papers we needed to sign and inspection that needed to be done kept the process moving smoothly. We were very satisfied with everything .

Kim communicated with us frequently. She had a difficult position, as she represented both buyer and seller, yet she handled it professionally, When a conflict between buyer and seller was present, she listened to both sides, and was a great diplomat.

Kim is very knowledgeable and a true professional. We met Kim at a open house she was having in Port Orange FL about a year and a half ago and we were unsure what we wanted to do ,but we knew when we decided Kim was our agent hands down! She made us feel like family!

Lola is a true professional with tons of market knowledge.
Lola was such an amazing person and agent! She had tremendous market knowledge in her area and was very attentive to my needs as I searched high and low for months on end for the perfect home. She was diligent in researching the areas and home details for me and even went above and beyond at times by going out to take personal video footage of multiple homes for me since I was moving to Ocala from out of state! Lola knows her business and is honest, true and kind! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Friendly and Communicative!
Lola was fantastic to work with. Selling our home had its ups and downs and Lola was always patient, communicative, and willing to work with us. I know the sales process can be overwhelming and I was definitely stressed out, but Lola was always very patient and understanding!
