I found Matilda to be a very honest and extremely knowledgeable person, in general, and as a realtor, in particular. She helped me purchase my new house in Oakton and rent out my condo in Arlington. Both experiences were nothing but amazing! She exceeded my expectations on providing great advice and services that made both transactions successful. She was always available (and still is) to answer all my questions and concerns, regardless of what time of the day (or night). When answering my questions and providing advice, she always had my interest in mind and never tried to pressure me on making a decision to rush finish a deal. She presented me with the facts and always left me in charge of making the final decision, comfortably.One thing a noticed about her was that she always were looking to even further her knowledge and skills by attending different classes and seminars. That really gave me extra confidence that her recommendations were from her hard work on learning new skills and advancing her knowledge even further.I would definitely recommend her, Matilda s a good person and a great realtor.
