My husband and I had but weeks to find and buy a condo, pack and move from our house in SC. Even with such a short window of time, Boucie found us a just right condo in the best of neighborhoods. She knew exactly what we needed, where we hoped to live, and what amenities we were looking for. In six very short weeks, we were in DC in our new home, just in time for a new grandchild’s arrival. Our house in D.C. sold within eight hours of listing. Stephanie was great to work with. We implemented all of her suggestions to include some home improvements, staging, listing price, and negotiating tactics which were definitely instrumental in getting a quick sale. She was hands on, very responsive and helpful every step of the way. I would defintely recommend her services. While selling a home can be very stressful, Stephanie made the process much easier and more pleasant than we had anticipated.

I worked with James and his team to not only sell my house but also purchase a new house. Everything had to work out timing wise since I needed to sell first before purchasing. James was great from start to finish in helping me achieve my timeline. I was able to move into my new house earlier than expected which was a big relief for my family. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and James is great with communication which I think is key to any realtor relationship.
