in trying times, a deal was consummated. I must thank Sherri for her diligence in completing a deal that took some effort. My uncle passed away in Vegas. And I live in Chicago. The hard part - the Covid-19 virus. This transaction occurred smack in the time frame of the virus. Yet, Sherri had the knowledge, professionalism, moxie, and focus to make this transaction close as smoothly as it did. Being out of town and with Vegas on lock-down, communication is important. This was a major part of the transaction. I was in the loop as to what I was required to complete as well as what was transpiring. Even some minor glitches were worked through with Sherri taking the lead and assisting in solving some of the concerns.
