Monica and Colin are truly fantastic! They went above and beyond in every step of the way to help us find our Florida dream home. We told them what we were looking for and they found it for us. They monitored the market and notified us immediately when something came on that met our bucket list. They navigated us thru the most crazy housing market and when we got discouraged that we would never find what we were looking for they assured us the right one would come along. And it did! It is perfect for us! They were quick to assist us in negotiating the deal and followed thru all the way to closing . Even assisted us with Ion to make sure our new home was safe and that the minor damage was repaired prior to closing. If you want realtors who are passionate about their clients, Monica and Colin are it! We are so excited that they will be selling our existing home and feel very confident that will be a smooth process as well.

Randy was fantastic to work with and instrumental in selling my house. The day I asked he and his wife to be my real estate team I had a family emergency. I told them I’d have to put selling my home on hold for a few weeks as I wouldn’t be able to do the last few details that needed to be done for photos etc. instead, they went in and took care of those details for me so the photos could be taken and when I was still out of town after the inspection, Randy made it to every appointment I set up remotely to let repairmen in the house and oversaw that the repairs were done properly. Randy and Sherry went out of their way to make my selling experience as stress free as possible as in the mix of all that I’m dealing with my own illness. I honestly don’t think I could have gotten that same experience anywhere else. If I ever bought or sold another house in the area, there is no one else I would call. They went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. I would recommend them a thousand times over!

This is the second property that Monika and Colin have sold for me. They are extremely easy to work with and understanding of the processes that need to happen, even if you aren't. Questions and issues are handled with diligence. Explanations were thorough and to the point. There were never any questions by me when we finished a conversation. Monika was timely and understanding. She was willing to work around my schedule and andbsee that if I could be around plenty of notes were taken and during the follow up that I was informed properly. The truth is that if you choose agents other than Monika and Colin you will be missing out on a pleasurable buying and/or selling experience.
