•Nicholas first helped me find a rental property a year ago and at that time he impressed me so much I told him I would make contact again in one yr to look at properties to purchase. When I called him one yr later he not only knew who I was he said he had me on his list to contact! Nicholas is trustworthy, honest and very hardworking. He goes the extra mile all the time. He showed me all the properties I requested and listened closely to my likes vs dislikes to help steer me in the right direction. He even put up with that ‘woman’s prerogative’ to change her mind many times!!!! Everything he does is done very professionally and proficiently including answering texts promptly. I highly recommend Nicholas Rapisardi to anyone who wants to be happy and content moving into their new home ...he can make it happen without a doubt! I will be passing his name on to all my friends looking for a realtor.
