Nestled in a well-established neighborhood, you are less than 4 miles from Venice Beach, with its sparkling waters and soft sandy beaches, terrific for shelling and shark's tooth collecting. If you'd rather stay in, there is a luxurious heated pool, outdoor shower, and Tiki Bar all in the privacy of the backyard. There is even enough space in the driveway and side yard for an RV or boat if you'd like to bring one along to use at the South Venice boat launch area. South Venice also offers a ferry to a secluded beach on Caspersen Island where you can escape the crowds and wander its nature trails. Besides the beach life, there is a great night life to be had in Venice, including Sharky's on the Pier with great food, refreshing frozen drinks, and live entertainment to cap off your experience. It?s easy to see why this place is a local favorite! NO SMOKING permitted in the unit. WIFI is included. Prices shown are based on 4-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities including WIFI. Additional charges include: Departure cleaning fee ($350), Booking fee ($100.00), Sales and Resort Taxes (12%), and Travel Insurance (if requested and purchased at the time of booking). Pool heater fee of $300 per month is required December through April.
