•After dealing with a previous realtor who did not explain the home-buying process, a family member referred us to Victoria, who called us the same day! As first time home buyers, my wife and I were nervous about who to trust as this was our first big purchase together, but Victoria made us feel comfortable, who was caring but also realistic with us. She never sugarcoated anything, but was so patient in explaining the process of purchasing a home to us. She always let us know that, at the end of the day, it was our choice which home we would purchase, even if it were a newly built home, and explained the pros and cons of each choice we made. Not only was Victoria amazing, but her partner, Rebecca, helped us navigate the viewing process for each home, which eventually led us to our current home. My wife and I never imagined how quickly we would be able to buy a home. Still, Victoria truly researched the desired area of town for us, our price range, and even the desired amenities/design for the house. On top of that, Victoria was always available on our time (wife and I work full-time) and she would communicate with us quickly and efficiently. Victoria is truly dedicated to helping her clients find a home, and I plan to refer her to anyone who needs a realtor!
