•Teresa Swann is an experienced realtor especially in the Houston and surrounding areas. It took us several days and nights to find the perfect home for us. She provided all of the details on each home and let us explore the home as long as we needed in order make the best decision. When we found the right home she put in our offer within a couple of hours. The negotiations went back and forth for three days. The sellers realtor was inexperienced and Teresa had to go out of her way to explain what the realtor regulations are regarding negotiations. This is our fourth home we have purchased and or sold with Teresa in the Spring and Galveston area. She takes her job seriously and appreciates her clients. We would highly recommend her for your next move.
