We had Chris out to the house the fall before we sold to tell us what all he saw that would need to be fixed or updated. That winter we did those projects and had him list the house in the spring. He was very informative, very helpful, and readily available. He kept us updated and informed about tours. If he needed anything signed, he would walk you through the documents so that you understood what you were signing. Throughout the whole process he was available for questions as we asked. All in all, Chris did an amazing job for us, and we definitely recommend him. Five out of Five Stars.

I can not say enough about the professionalism of Christopher Leigh. I made it clear that we were just inquiring about a property and he should not spend any real time on us. Christopher ignored that and made us feel like we were his only clients. We were out of town prospective buyers and Christopher was able to recommend a variety of people to help us make an informed decision. Ultimately we did not purchase the property we were looking at but we would definitely choose to work with Christopher again.
