•My experience with Brianna Smull-Maier and Shelly Bloom was outstanding. In a very down market they guided and encouraged me in their efforts to sell my home. I had many questions during that period and it seemed that they answered my questions before I even knew to ask them. The reason I was selling was because my wife had passed on after a six year battle with cancer. I did not know what to do with her belongings, but they stepped up and helped me through it. They removed all her clothing, jewelry (after having it all evaluated), and some personal items because they knew how traumatic that would be for me. Most went to veteran's homes, homes for battered women, and other non-profits. It made me feel good. Their advice on pricing, and presenting my home in the best light (staging) showed a great depth of knowledge and proved to result in a successful sale. During that period I went to Florida for the winter. Brianna and Shelly watched over my house especially during storms. I never had to worry about my house. I will always be grateful to both of them for their tireless effort, compassion, and knowledge.
