•She is terrific. We downsized to a high rise condo and had not closed on a property in 30 years. We requested a viewing and Cynthia made an appointment us within 24 hours. When we arrived, she had met the building manager, had the layout of the building and was in the condo waiting for us. She pointed out areas that needed to be addressed with the seller and spent a lot of time explaining the next steps. We never felt rushed and she was so friendly and professional that we felt totally comfortable with her. We made an offer that was accepted and she held our hands through the whole process. Numerous phone calls, explanations and she walked us through everything, always will to meet to answer questions and reassure us, mostly me. She spent 3 hours at closing because I had made an error but she did not leave until she could personally hand us the keys. We will happily recommend her to anyone needing her assistance…she is friendly, professional, forthright and very knowledgeable. We totally trust her. Jan Benton and Phillip G Benton, MD,JD
I was looking to purchase a Georgia condo in 2016 and I was recommended to work with Jennifer by my sister who is in the real estate business in Florida. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service she provided. From start to finish, Jennifer demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care that exceeded all my expectations. Throughout the entire home-buying process, Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect home. Her deep knowledge of the local market and understanding of my specific needs and preferences were truly impressive. She listened attentively to my requirements and presented me with a range of options that perfectly matched my criteria. I was very satisfied with the condo I ended up purchasing. In 2019 I needed a second condo for one of my sons who was also moving to GA. Again, I reached out t Jennifer who made the impossible of finding an Atlanta condo in 2019 possible. Recently, I worked with Jennifer again to sell both condos. Her negotiation skills were exceptional. She skillfully advocated for my interests and worked tirelessly to secure the best possible terms and conditions for the sale. I ended up selling at a value more than I expected. Working with this real estate agent was an absolute pleasure. Her integrity, honesty, and transparency were refreshing, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
