•Nubia demonstrated professionalism throughout the whole process. I was very persistent on getting feedback from the seller, and she had no problem reaching out with my questions. As an investor it can be hard to communicate certain information along with the negotiation process. However Nubia had no problem asking my questions to the property owner, and negotiating on my behalf. I hope there are more deals that my team can do together. I also would like to mention Perla who assisted with the buying process. She too communicated seamlessly when Nubia was out. This helped keep things on track and move towards the closing table. I'll point out that not many agents take the time to respond during a holiday, or late in the evening to an investor.
