•I truly wish I had more than 2000 words to write concerning my realtor Stephanie Terrell. This I pray is truly my last home purchase and I can glowingly state that it was the best. She is truly knowledgeable, experience, professional, understanding, courteous, thoughtful, graced with God's presence - I could go on all day. Even with a few wrinkles (very few) she navigated a tough three way (buyer/sellers) transaction. Every tiny detail was discussed with best and worst case scenario's before the home was listed. The home sold on the first showing and within a week of it's release. Stephanie's had a great interpersonal relationship with all the buyers/sellers/lenders/settlement teams and ensured that what I prayed for was what I got. I believe everyone worked together and all transactions, repairs, communication was solid and continuous from beginning to the end. Even though this might be considered as the worst time to buy a house because of the interest rates, the great communication, relationship and cohesive working together of all involved made it memorable and great. Stephanie showed me several home on the first scheduled home viewing and each home showing proceeded to get better than the first. The last home was it and matched exactly what I told Stephanie that I desired most in a home. I am still smiling ear to ear because of this great realtor and the interactions shared by all involved from the loan lender to the realtor, to the settlement team. I only wish I could give 10 Stars to Stephanie and the real estate process teams. Thank you all for a wonderful and hopefully last out of 14 home buying experiences.
