Her insight was priceless to helping me set a competitive yet fair price that reflected my home’s true value, and letting me know what I needed to take care of in and around my home if I was serious about selling it (in which I did). She was also realistic with me for a rough timeline of when homes in my area sell before we got started (which was a couple of months in my area). But in all the reviews of her stunning sales record and unmatched professionalism it’s easy to overlook something equally important: Kristy is an amazing person. Selling a home is stressful. But often there’s a joy in it: You’re moving somewhere better, making good on an investment, or your family is growing. But sometimes, we’re not so lucky. Sometimes we’re forced to sell when we don’t want to. That was the case with me and my wife when we suffered a personal tragedy. We were forced to sell a home we owned and loved in order to make ends meet. Selling was both an immediate priority and, ironically, something we couldn’t devote ourselves to full-time. Due to our circumstances, my wife and I found ourselves on the other side of the country and dealing with too many crises at once. There are not enough words to express how amazing Danielle Forlaw is! The support and guidance that she provided during my mother-in-law‘s house sale was more than any other realtor would have done. Our situation required massive downsizing and clean out of the current home.
