Attentive, honest realtor
Kim was a pleasure to work with! I told her what I was looking for and she immediately got on the trail, finding lots of options that would fit my needs. She worked diligently on the few that I decided to pursue and ultimately got me a great property that is perfect for my needs. Exceptional agent who goes above and beyond!
I was a first time seller getting out of a bad situation and was lost and overwhelmed by the process. Danielle was extremely knowledgeable, put in hours of effort to obtain data and lay out all scenarios and options, and was so patient in answering all of my questions. Kristy was amazing!
Kristy has been working with us forever on finding the "perfect home" for our needs. She was patient and very helpful in guiding us - for years. Sold My Home at a Price I was Very Happy With
Sasha is very knowledgeable; she knows current trends, pricing strategies, and what buyers are looking for. Her insight was priceless to helping me set a competitive yet fair price that reflected my home’s true value, and letting me know what I needed to take care of in and around my home if I was serious about selling it (in which I did). She was also realistic with me for a rough timeline of when homes in my area sell before we got started (which was a couple of months in my area). The buyer was excited to buy the home in the end and I am pleased with the outcome of the transaction! Thank you again Sasha!

I wholeheartedly agree with all of those positive reviews. Simply put: Kristy is The Best. But in all the reviews of her stunning sales record and unmatched professionalism it’s easy to overlook something equally important: Kristy is an amazing person. Selling a home is stressful. But often there’s a joy in it: You’re moving somewhere better, making good on an investment, or your family is growing. But sometimes, we’re not so lucky. Sometimes we’re forced to sell when we don’t want to. That was the case with me and my wife when we suffered a personal tragedy. We were forced to sell a home we owned and loved in order to make ends meet. Selling was both an immediate priority and, ironically, something we couldn’t devote ourselves to full-time. Due to our circumstances, my wife and I found ourselves on the other side of the country and dealing with too many crises at once. Thank God we were introduced to Kristy Marshall Bein by a friend who had worked with her many times in the past. To say Kristy went above and beyond is an understatement. Kristy was patient, kind and understanding. It felt like Kristy held our hands the entire time. Not only did we have a talented professional working for us, we felt like we had a lifelong friend who dropped everything to help us in our time of need. Despite the fact that she is popular, Kristy made us feel like her only client. Janetta made this home buying experience easy. She was always available to look at a home and was knowledgeable in what to look out for in a home. Top Notch Service
Kris helped us find our absolute dream home. She said wait until the house feels like home. We looked over around 10 houses or so, and when we walked in this one, it was a definite. Not only did she get us the best deal possible, she made the process very simple and pleasing. Communicated around every turn, and there wasn't anything she didnt know.
