Charles was very responsive to our changing...
Charles was very responsive to our changing needs and desires as we went through the housing selection process. When we suddenly made a quick decision and needed rapid response, he was right on top of everything. We had some complications with the settlement process, and Charles was very easy to get ahold of, and worked hard to obtain the information we needed to fix our problems.
