Mrs. Erika Andrade was the help we needed when selling our home. Her market knowledge was on point and the questions she didn't have an answer (closing attorneys and tax matters), she would finds us who has it in a timely manner. She was always transparent through the whole process and put our needs and timelines as a priority. From the day we reached out to her till weeks after the closing she kept communicating, making sure everything we were on top of things and that we still doing good. As far as professionalism, she demonstrated to be a great professional, always showing respect, fairness, sense of duty and urgency, easy to communicate with, and always available to answer questions and guide us through the process. Great experience. She definitely put the needs of the customers first.
