My wife and I were first time home buyers, and Arielle came in as a referral from one of our close friends that worked with her to purchase their home. After interviewing a few local realtors, it was clear that Arielle was knowledgeable, charismatic, and more importantly, genuine. She was the clear winner in our book. After only a few months, and a few offers later, we ended up winning a bidding war (by only $1k!) utilizing her offer strategy. From start to finish, she walked us through every step of the process, not only answered our many basic questions, but taking the time to explain why and what we could expect. Even after closing, she was immensely helpful in setting up remediation appointments with contractors, and following through with all her promises. Most of all, you can tell Arielle truly cares about her clients and looks forward to helping you find the home of your dreams. I couldn't recommend working with her enough!
