•As a first time home buyer, there was so much for my partner and I to learn. Mrs. Ivy had amazing patience and her ability to help us understand when we had questions was superb. She did a great job grasping exactly what we were looking for in a home and we toured many homes that we liked before deciding on the perfect home for us. Not only is Mrs. Ivy knowledgeable about the homes that are available and the home buying process, but she goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need after you’ve bought the home also. My partner and I called it “the handy dandy notebook” which included everything from painters, flooring companies, plumbers, etc.. and everyone listed were amazing people and great with their work. We didn’t have to stress searching for anything because everything we could’ve needed came in the notebook. Mrs. Ivy is truly great at her job and a blessing for my family.
