•Kathrin is a fantastic agent, and she did a phenomenal job. I called Kathrin and let her know we had sixty days until we moved. No problem. Having never been to Savannah we really relied on her knowledge of the neighborhoods, the traffic, the school districts, etc. Kathrin has her finger on the pulse of the market not only in greater Savannah, but Hinesville, Rincon, Pooler, etc. We were first time home buyers. Having Kathrin as our agent was a blessing because she really did a thorough job of guiding us not only through the homes we wanted to tour, but the “what next?” after we were under contract. I offer my highest recommendation for Kathrin.
