Christopher Diaz is licensed in both Florida and North Carolina. In Florida, Christopher leads The Everyday Luxury Group @ Verandah Properties and in North Carolina he is partnered with Southern Homes of The Carolinas. He brings a wealth of knowledge from both personal and professional experience in the field of real estate. He is recognized as a “Gold Key” certified REALTOR® by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association for excellence and professionalism, is an Orlando Top 500 REALTOR® and has been featured on The American Dream TV. Christopher Diaz was the listing Agent of the Property I was interested in

Christopher Diaz was the listing Agent of the Property I was interested in. He was away on Vacation when I contacted him and he referred me to his Associate Joe Saragusa. Both Agents were very knowledgeable, helpful, patient with my questions and would Tag Team if necessary to get things done. Both Agents were always available to address any concerns I had, would always answer my text messages in a timely manner (the same day, within the hour). Even after My Closing Date, they checked up on me to see if I needed help with anything. I would definitely recommend them to You :).

Chris was amazing from start to finish

Chris was amazing from start to finish. He made looking for a house so enjoyable and easy. Chris even went outside of his expected duties to make sure we were getting everything we were looking for and for the best price we could get! His support and give back to Military members past and present is extraordinary as well. Thank you again Chris for everything!!
