She had a handful of suggestions right away of things that I could or should do to help prepare for selling. There were hiccups along the way, due to my house itself. But Latrice kept me informed and worked hard to get it done. She was also amazing about connecting me with contractors to complete some repairs that were needed and pushed to make sure everything was done right and that we had everything we needed. Selling a house is so stressful. I cannot imagine what this process would have been like without Latrice in my corner!
