Old house, difficult buyer

Kept his cool better than I did selling a 150 yr old house to a difficult buyer. Thankfully persuaded us (me and son's ex mother-in-law whose input was not always helpful} from accepting an offer that would have put us on them hook for any mandated upgrades. Too risky for a house built in 1872. Patient, thorough, responsive, prompt. Will shortly hand him the commission to sell another one, hopefully to list by Easter 2022. Need I say more?
