•I went with Sarah because I had heard that she is an all star negotiator, and an all around amazing realtor. Having worked with many realtors in the past, through many real estate transactions in multiple states, I have dealt with realtors that span the spectrum in terms of skills and service. Most realtors posses great skill sets, but Sarah posses all the skills a great realtor needs. To summarize Sarah, she is a closer. She fully succeeded in getting me to the finish line with a sales process that encountered all kinds of difficult obstacles. There is no way I would have closed on this property with another realtor, this was a super complex transaction that Sarah navigated expertly. Throughout the entire process Sarah efficiently utilized her polished tool kit. Three qualities that shined through the greatest: *Amazing negotiation skills *Charisma that allowed her to connect with all parties involved *Diligent and super fast worker...I never felt like she was working with anyone else during the entire process, I had her full attention, and when I needed her help she was a text away, day or night. I can go on and on, but instead I'll just say if you truly want to get a property, and not lose out on getting what you desire in this competitive market, I would highly recommend you work with Sarah.
