I was referred to Shane by my mortgage company and I was delighted to work with him. I moved to the Tampa area at the end of 2020 from the Northeast with some previous familiarity with certain parts of the area. Shane knew the Tampa area inside/out and immediately helped me focus my search. I was flying down on weekends to look at homes. Shane picked me up at my hotel each day and we spent the day visiting pre-vetted homes that matched my criteria. He negotiated a very good deal on the home that I eventually bought, which was significantly under the listing price and also was in the area that I was most interested in living in. He went the extra mile in every aspect of my purchase and move, even finding me a kennel for my dogs while I waited to close after driving down.
