Jack did an excellent job of going above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure we received everything we wanted in our negotiations. Not only was Jack able to have our house in contract within hours of deciding to sell it, he was available for any questions we had and there for every step of the way. Jack was always available by text and phone call. He was kind and personal yet negotiated for me. He was knowledge and able to answer any questions I asked. He helped appraise and critique any homes we visited. He did not advocate spending above my price range. Jack listen to what I wanted and help me find the home I wanted with no time pressures.

Jack did a great job representing my wife and I on our recent purchase. Jack took the time to show us many houses and sometimes even multiple looks at the same house for us to both be able to see it separately. Jack is very easy to get in contact with and responds promptly to calls, texts or emails. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the business. I look forward to working with Jack again!
