Sydney is a strong advocate.

Sydney is a strong buyer’s advocate; at no time did she falter. I knew I wanted a particular house and I knew there were some structural issues to be fixed. She stayed with me and advocated for the best possible outcome. Sydney is a professional and steady in her presentation of person and knowledge. She answered my questions in a timely manner and was available when I hit the wall of despair and eased my mind that it is not unusual. I felt that she was in my corner exclusively which is an important point to me as the buyer. I highly recommend her as an agent and I wish her the best moving forward. I am sorry to have to add that I was not as impressed when I met Sean. He showed up at the title office when we were signing papers. He and the title agent obviously know one another and spent the whole time talking about the tornado in May, Christmas decorating and people they know in common, loudly and across the table. I felt as if my buying the home was insignificant to their conversation. I wanted the opportunity to ask questions about what I was signing. The only point Sean made with me time and again was whether the wire transfer had come through. The title company was late in getting the information to me and then sent the wrong transfer information. Thankfully my credit union pushed hard that morning to make sure we got to the table to close.
