It's like the Allstate commercial, with Kathy you're in good hands.

With Kathy as my realtor, I couldn’t have been in better hands. I knew this when I asked her to sell my townhome as I’d known Kathy for many years, and she has always excelled in whatever area of work she chooses. From determining the asking price to the completion of the sale, Kathy let me know what was going on and made the entire process effortless on my part. In fact, once the sale was complete, I forgot about it until it came time to have my taxes done. I was at my tax appointment when my CPA asked all the necessary questions about the sale of the property. I was dumbfounded.
