Best Realtor in SWFL! My husband and I are so grateful for Janet! We live in Virginia and were looking for an investment property in Florida. We were referred to Janet by my sister (Janet helped her find a home, too!) and Janet responded to us immediately! She worked with us for MONTHS to find the right house. We did virtual tours, some in person-tours, and put some offers in. Janet was patient and never tried to push us into a house just to get the sale. I have worked with realtors before who gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing them and Janet never did that! Janet spent a lot of time helping us and we always felt like a priority. After a few months of searching, we found our 2nd home in Port Charlotte!
