We had a great experience with Mary Ann. We sold my husband's mother's home after she died. Mary Ann made a stressful situation very manageable. We live out of state, so we relied on Mary Ann for everything. She went out of her way to help us. There was lots of extra paperwork and documentation involved in the process. Mary Ann made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was filled out correctly. She delivered copies to the necessary parties so we did not keep having to mail paperwork that was too much to fax. When we found out the previous tenant had not put out the trash or recycling cans before they moved, Mary Ann put them out and then collected the cans the next day. She always responded to us quickly, even with a 3 hour time difference. She set up all the inspections and appointments we needed and met with everyone in person. She sent us pictures of the house inside and out as we were out of state. She kept on top of all the negotiations with the buyer's agent and the title company. She picked up on discrepancies in some of the paperwork that if she had not, would have set us back in the closing process. Mary Ann was familiar with the local market so we were able to sell the home quickly and for a fair price. We would highly recommend Mary Ann!!!
