Natividad informed us as sellers what the new guidelines were going forward. Her communication skills in Spanish and English give her the edge with the people like us who communicate both English and Spanish. Her knowledge of the market at all levels was important for us as sellers. She sold two homes for us. We had hired a realtor and he did nothing for 3 months. We hired Natividad and we sold our home in 7 days because of her expertise and again her communication skills as to what we needed to do to sell. That was the first time we had ever sold a home. It was built from the ground up. She also sold our second home in Oakcliff that we lived in for 27 years. I would not be writing this if I didn’t trust Natividad and believe in her.
